1. Introduction

AdLaunch ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, information we obtain automatically when you use the Service, and information from third-party services you connect.

2.1 Information You Provide

When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you connect third-party services (ClickUp, Meta Ads, Google Drive), we collect and store OAuth access tokens necessary to perform actions on your behalf.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and information about how you interact with the Service (pages viewed, features used, timestamps).

2.3 Third-Party Service Data

When you connect your ClickUp workspace, we access task data including task names, custom fields, and associated metadata. When you connect Meta Ads, we access your ad account information, campaign structures, and ad performance data. When you connect Google Drive, we access files in folders you designate for creative assets.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to create and manage your account; to process your ad launches and credit transactions; to communicate with you about the Service; to monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends; and to detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security breaches.

4. Data Storage and Security

All OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure server infrastructure, and regular security audits.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by our infrastructure partners. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances: with your consent; to comply with legal obligations; to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; or with service providers who assist us in operating the Service (subject to confidentiality agreements).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address provided below.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. For more details, please refer to our Cookie Policy.
