Last updated: May 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AdLaunch (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AdLaunch is a web application that enables users to create and launch Meta Ads campaigns directly from ClickUp tasks. The Service integrates with ClickUp, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Drive to automate the ad creation workflow. The Service operates on a credit-based system where each ad launch consumes one credit.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by authenticating through our supported authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Third-Party Integrations
The Service requires connection to third-party platforms (ClickUp, Meta, Google Drive) via OAuth authorization. By connecting these services, you grant AdLaunch permission to access and use your data on those platforms solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of all connected third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or limitations imposed by third-party platforms that may affect the functionality of the Service.
5. Credits and Payments
The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when ads are successfully launched. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with notice to existing users. Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; launch ads that contain misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service; use the Service to send spam or unsolicited advertising; or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AdLaunch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the Service, including ad copy, creative assets, and campaign configurations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdLaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee that ads launched through the Service will be approved by Meta or achieve any specific performance results. Ad approval and delivery are subject to Meta's advertising policies and algorithms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where AdLaunch is established.
